EXCHANGES & RETURNS
If for any reason you need to, you’re welcome to request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving your order. We’re here to support you every step of the way.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with the original packaging;
- The item must also be accompanied by the invoice or order confirmation email;
- If there are any signs of use or damage, MIMOCIA reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange request;
- Exchanges must be made for an item of equal or higher value.
To proceed, please email us at info@mimocia.com, including your order number and indicating the item you wish to exchange or return.
The exchange must be completed within the 14-day period. In the case of a return, the refund will be issued via bank transfer. If returned or exchanged items show signs of use or damage, MIMOCIA reserves the right to reject the request.
SHIPPING COSTS FOR EXCHANGES & RETURNS
MIMOCIA does not cover shipping costs related to exchanges or returns. These costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend returning the item with all original components and using a tracked shipping service, to ensure safe and traceable delivery.
If the complaint is deemed valid by MIMOCIA, we offer the option to either replace the product at no additional shipping cost or refund the full amount paid.
MIMOCIA is not responsible for lost packages, and any such issues must be resolved with the shipping carrier.

To help you choose the perfect size for your rings, necklaces, and bracelets, we’ve created this easy to follow size guide.
RINGS
Find your perfect ring size:
1. Measure with a string or paper strip:
- Wrap the string or paper comfortably around the base of your finger.
- Mark where the ends meet, then measure the length with a ruler.
- Compare this measurement (in centimeters) with our size guide below.
2. Test for comfort:
Your ring should fit snugly but comfortably – not too tight, not too loose.
Keep in mind that your fingers may swell slightly in the heat or shrink in the cold.
Tip: If you’re between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for better comfort.
Ring Size Guide (Circumference in cm):
- XS: 4.6–5.5 cm
- S: 5.6–6 cm
- M: 6.1–6.7 cm
- L: 6.8–7.1 cm
- XL: 7.2–7.7 cm
NECKLACES
- 40–45 cm (16–18 inches): Sits near the collarbone.
- 50–60 cm (20–24 inches): Slightly longer, falls below the collarbone.
- ≥70 cm (≥28 inches): A longer length that reaches the chest or lower.
Tip: To visualize the length, use a string around your neck and adjust it to the desired drop.
BRACELETS
Find the perfect bracelet fit:
- Use a measuring tape or a piece of string to measure around your wrist where you’d like your bracelet to sit.
- Add 1–2 cm to that measurement for a more comfortable fit.
Bracelet Size Chart (wrist circumference):
- S: 15–17 cm
- M: 17–19 cm
- L: 19–21 cm
Tip: For bangles or rigid bracelets, make sure the size is wide enough to slide over the widest part of your hand.
