2. Orders and Payments

3. Shipping and Delivery

We will do our best to process and dispatch your order within 1–3 business days. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Customs Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival in the destination country. 5. Exchanges and Returns

Items must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date, in the same condition in which they were received.

Refunds are processed via bank transfer.

We aim to respond to customer complaints or information requests within 3 business days.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders suspected of fraud. All suspicious transactions will be investigated and, if necessary, reported to the relevant authorities.
