EXCHANGES & RETURNS

If for any reason you need to, you’re welcome to request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving your order. We’re here to support you every step of the way.

- Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with the original packaging;

- The item must also be accompanied by the invoice or order confirmation email;

- If there are any signs of use or damage, MIMOCIA reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange request;

- Exchanges must be made for an item of equal or higher value.

To proceed, please email us at info@mimocia.com, including your order number and indicating the item you wish to exchange or return.

The exchange must be completed within the 14-day period. In the case of a return, the refund will be issued via bank transfer. If returned or exchanged items show signs of use or damage, MIMOCIA reserves the right to reject the request.

 

SHIPPING COSTS FOR EXCHANGES & RETURNS

MIMOCIA does not cover shipping costs related to exchanges or returns. These costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend returning the item with all original components and using a tracked shipping service, to ensure safe and traceable delivery.

If the complaint is deemed valid by MIMOCIA, we offer the option to either replace the product at no additional shipping cost or refund the full amount paid.

MIMOCIA is not responsible for lost packages, and any such issues must be resolved with the shipping carrier.
