EXCHANGES & RETURNS
MIMOCIA allows exchanges and returns within 14 days from the date you receive your order, without requiring you to provide a reason. The items must be unworn, unused, and accompanied by their original packaging. Additionally, the returned or exchanged item must include the invoice or order confirmation email. If signs of use or damage are detected, MIMOCIA reserves the right to reject the return or exchange request.
Exchanges must be made for an item of equal or greater value.
Please contact us via email at info@mimocia.com, providing your order number and the item you wish to exchange or return. Exchanges for a new item must be completed within 14 days.
For returns, the value of the item will be refunded through a voucher, which can be used for a future purchase with no expiration date. The voucher will be sent to your preferred email address.
If items being returned or exchanged show signs of use or damage, MIMOCIA reserves the right to decline the request.
SHIPPING COSTS FROM EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
MIMOCIA does not cover shipping costs associated with exchanges or returns. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend returning the item with all its original components, using a shipping service with a tracking number to ensure secure delivery.
If the customer claim is deemed justified by MIMOCIA, we will offer the option to replace the product at no additional shipping cost or to issue a refund for the value paid.
Please note that MIMOCIA is not responsible for lost or misplaced returns; this responsibility lies with the shipping carrier.
INCORRECT ORDERS
